Our standard product can be made of several different metals. We use galvanized Iron, Stainless steel AISI 304, Stainless steel AISI 430 and Stainless steel AISI 316 depending on buyer’s request and project’s specific needs. Most of our clips are 1’2mm thick, but we could also use 1mm thick in case of need.

BGE offers an exceptional, new and revolutionary finishing. As a Worldwide innovation, beginning 2017 we presented to the market the MR (Marine Resistant) clip. We thermo-treat the clip and apply a black coating to provide it resistance to the salty water, either from the ocean or from pools treated with Mineral Salts. Today Mineral Salts treatment in pools is growing and expanding Worldwide to avoid using Chlorine. This new Mineral Salts treatment for the water has many advantages. Healthy water for the users, ecological and on top, cheaper maintenance. This MR treatment to the clip is what BGE proposes as solution to this new water conditions.

Obviously, screw must be also MR treated and it is provided by BGE as well.

Packing: BGE customizes the packaging. We are already packing clips in carton boxes of different dimensions, according to customer’s requests. We have boxes for 100 clips, for 180 clips, for 250 and for 500 clips… including the corresponding screws (one screw per clip is needed). The label of the box is also adapted as per customer’s design. We print it and glue to the box.
